1. Inspect the drains using a remote camera so we know exactly what’s causing the blockage and exactly where it is. For example if you’re having bathroom drainage issues, the blockage may be far away in a connecting pipe.

2. Review solutions with you. Sometimes the best option is to use high pressure water jets to break up the blockage (e.g. hair clumps, grease). Other times with invasive roots, a more permanent solution may be advisable, such as pipe relining. Ultimately we’ll let you know what options there are, how it all works and all pricing.

3. Complete the job. We’ll clean up when it’s done (normally within an hour or two) and leave your place looking just like we found it. You’ll enjoy fast flowing drainage once again!
